Kumquat Honey
Our Kumquat Honey infusion idea originated from an annual festival (the Kumquat Festival) just north of our farm in Dade City, Florida. The Kumquat is a small citrus fruit the size of a large grape and can be eaten whole with the peel and all.
Rind oil from the kumquat, combined with our raw Florida wildflower honey creates a citrusy combination treat. Every year our family attends the Kumquat festival and we share our Kumquat honey with about 40,000 attendees. If you can make it to the Kumquat festival stop by our tent.
